The Disruption Survival Expert.

The Operator Who Ran the Numbers.

Jeffrey A. Wolfe spent thirty years fixing companies: twenty in manufacturing, ten in business consulting. At McDonnell Douglas he created and ran a corporate best-practices team across five business units in three states, turning advanced simulation and VR into policy and procedure while the defense industry consolidated from fifty-one prime contractors to five. The pattern from that collapse has repeated in every technology shift since: what was scarce becomes abundant, and the companies that survive find the new scarcity first.

Transformation efforts kept stumbling at the same point, belief: telling the story of why we're doing it and what's required. So he built a film studio to fix that half. Audiences get both: the operator who ran the numbers, and the storyteller who knows why numbers alone don't move people.

I don't teach AI tools. I identify what new developments can be adapted to your advantage and reshape the business to capture that value. AI is the current wave. The principles are universal.
